The Global Commercialisation team exists to drive long‑term competitiveness of our products and to support revenue growth by delivering more value to our customers. The Commercialisation Manager will support the development of commercialisation playbooks for various product launches covering commercial modelling, operational readiness and Go To Market plans working with key stakeholders from across the business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercialisation Manager to drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of our new products across Europe, APAC & Oceania. This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing commercialisation frameworks, ensuring seamless product launches, and proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps in existing products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and addressing underperforming ones currently in market.
The key objectives for this role is to ensure successful market introduction and customer adoption for a new product and improving the performance of in‑market products.
