Salary: upto €115k

Total Package: upto €160k

Location: Dublin 2

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Commercial Team in Ireland, supporting clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences.
  • Advise on commercial contracts, especially those involving IP, technology, and digital services.
  • Provide guidance on data protection and digital regulation, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist advising clients on regulatory matters, including data privacy, consumer protection, AI, media law, and cybersecurity.
  • Work alongside a multi‑partner, cross‑border team, collaborating with colleagues across the network.
  • Coordinate cross‑border projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between jurisdictions.
  • Support the team in delivering practical, commercial, and strategic advice tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in networking activities to support the growth of the firm.
  • Participate in career development opportunities, with ongoing mentoring and support from senior colleagues.
  • Be involved in the day‑to‑day operations of the department and take on any additional duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in commercial contracts, privacy law, and regulatory or advisory work, preferably in sectors such as technology, media, entertainment, and lifesciences.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations, digital services, consumer protection, and AI law.
  • Prior experience working in a high‑performance environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply commercially focused legal advice to clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑border team while supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain a high level of client service.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with an keen interest in contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
