Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the commercial finance director to drive business performance.
  • Support the launch of new product formats and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to budgeted.
  • Identify key actions to address variances and work with colleagues to resolve them.
  • Support the Budget, Forecast, and 3YP processes.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
  • Prepare financial analysis of prospective new customer and product opportunities.
  • Proactively highlight opportunities for financial process improvements.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build user‑friendly models.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
