Navan Johnstone’s Decorating Centre is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant in our Architectural Coatings division. You’ll be a friendly, customer-focused team member on the trade counter and in-store.

Previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential, as we provide in-store training and ongoing support. You’ll benefit from a competitive starting salary with yearly reviews and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing environment is desirable
• Good communications skills with a positive customer focus
• Good understanding of IT systems
• Flexibility towards working hours and duties
• Driving license is preferable

Responsabilités

• Serve customers on the trade counter and in store, in a friendly and professional manner
• Undertake all required training to confidently select the correct product for customers’ needs and promote the brand
• Ensure store is well-presented and clean
• Follow stock management procedures by taking deliveries and keeping shelves full
