Job summary

The Health Service Executive in Ireland seeks a Candidate Clinical Nurse Specialist (cCNS) in Intellectual Disabilities Positive Behavioural Support for the HSE Dublin South & Wicklow region. The post is permanent and full-time, based at Hawthorns Grove, Stillorgan, with a secondary location Bray, Co Wicklow.

The role requires specialist knowledge, clinical leadership, and involvement in service development and quality improvement to support individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, including complex health needs and behavioural challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership, mentorship, supervision and support to the clinical team.
• Experience in service development, quality improvement and implementation of best practice guidelines.
