Overview

An established IT solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join its team. This is a senior technical role involving project delivery, support escalation, and mentorship within a dynamic environment supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

You'll work closely with clients, lead medium to large-scale projects, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for customer infrastructure-both remotely and on-site.
• Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee and deliver IT infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers.

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong proficiency in:
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server
  • Virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Networking, firewalls, and endpoint protection
  • Backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
• Experience with Hybrid IT Environments (Cloud + On-Prem).

Essential Requirements
