Job summary

ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking a Configuration & QC Specialist I to support the Project Management Team in configuring and QC’ing new clinical studies according to Client Laboratory Worksheets (CLW).

You will generate site documentation, coordinate packaging and shipping, and update Lab Manuals and Requisition Templates in collaboration with Leadership. Strong ICH-GCP knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent.
• Experience in medium-sized studies including start-up/close-out.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review medical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Configure and QC new clinical studies in ILS systems according to CLW specs.
• Create site support documents for proper specimen collection, packaging and shipping.
• Update Lab Manuals and Requisition Templates as needed with Leadership guidance.
• Perform configuration quality checks on databases, forms and documents; provide PM support.
