Job summary

Enable Ireland in Nenagh is seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) to lead the Nursing Staff at Teach Saoirse, Children’s Residential Respite House, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.

The successful candidate will be RNID/RGN/RCN with NMBI registration, have minimum 1 year of management experience in a HIQA-regulated environment, CPD evidence, and hold a full clean driving licence. The post is a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract with salary €53,468 to €63,401 pro rata per annum.

Qualifications

• RN with NMBI registration required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Experience in HIQA regulated environment.
• CPD demonstrated.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated nursing staff group and work with the PIC and RRM.
• Provide high quality, person-centred care to children and young adults with disabilities.
• Ensure service delivery supports HIQA registration.
