• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.

Responsibilities

• Ensure home policies and clinical standards are upheld.
• Work with staff to maintain standards and implement action plans.
• Review residents with clinical issues to ensure management plans.
• Troubleshoot clinical and non-clinical issues with the Director of Nursing.
• Perform and monitor comprehensive assessments of residents.
