We work in partnership with both public and private hospitals, as well as in semi‑acute facilities, paediatric homecare, residential services, and practice nursing. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a facility in Roscommon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold care center policies and best clinical practices, while identifying and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
  • Review and manage care plans for residents with clinical issues such as pressure ulcers, falls, or other health concerns, ensuring proper follow‑up and action.
  • Oversee medication management, including supervising staff, conducting medication audits, and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, participating in training and development to maintain high standards of care.
  • Conduct regular audits on clinical practices, hygiene standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
