Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care in line with regulatory standards.

Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff on a daily basis, promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.

Monitor residents’ health, behaviour, and overall well-being, responding promptly to any concerns or changes.

Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Requirements
