We are Unio, an established Wealth Management business backed by Great-West Lifeco, via its Irish subsidiary Irish Life Group.

Unio specialises in private wealth management and employee benefit consultancy and has over 30 years’ experience advising companies and personal investors.

With offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick, Unio has €14 billion in assets under administration and advice. We advise more than 10,000 private clients in relation to wealth management.

A key component within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome based proposition to existing and prospective clients. This is delivered through the wealth management advisory team and supported by the client service function. The Wealth management team develop insightful thought leadership content and will lead and refine the capability of the wealth management advisory team.

In addition, this Division will develop a deep understanding of what drives client values, opportunities for growth, emerging disruptions, and value based pricing and proposition activities.

Role

We are looking to recruit Client Service Executives to join a growing and dynamic team and be part of a business at the leading edge of Wealth Management in Ireland. These roles can be based in our Dublin or Cork office.

Key Responsibilities

• Client portfolio end-to-end administration
• Annual portfolio reviews and valuations
• Processing new business, communicating, and interacting with product producers (generally major insurance companies) to ensure prompt processing of applications. This applies to pre post retirement pension structures, protection benefits investment portfolios
• Communicating with clients regarding their portfolios and new applications in an effective and timely manner
• Working with and supporting advisers in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA (Hons) Degree within a Business or Finance related discipline
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Financial Advisery firm or Life Pensions Broker is essential
• QFA qualified or progressing towards this qualification is essential
• Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and associated Compliance requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with a focus on numerical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload while prioritising effectively and efficiently
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Intermediate)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility
• Numeracy and excellent organisation skills are essential for this position
• Successful candidates are likely to be confident multi-taskers with a good work ethic and a keen focus on attention to detail and quality
