Administration and governance of the contractual arrangements between the employer and its supply chain partners on a client partner programme. The posting places the role alongside the professional services contract manager, both reporting to the lead client partner contract manager. The work is the administration of subcontracts, teaming agreements, collaboration agreements and the associated instruments entered into on the programme.

The holder checks that the obligations owed under the head contract are flowed down into every supply chain agreement, including those with the initial subcontractors that form part of the client partner organisation, and that they are then administered as written. The post develops and maintains the subcontractor management plan and applies it consistently across that organisation.

The posting names collaboration with the finance, resourcing and commercial leads on the integrated management of the commission, and an interface with the employer's legal, governance, finance and executive functions on contractual matters.
