KOMFORT KARE in Dublin North is seeking a Client Care Manager to lead and coordinate high-quality home care services across Ireland. You will oversee client care plans, build strong relationships with clients and families, and guide carers to deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award (minimum) in a healthcare-related field.
• Full clean Irish driving licence (essential).
• Access to your own car.
• No criminal convictions.
• Experience in home care or healthcare coordination.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland with valid visas/work permits.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Compassionate, proactive and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review client care plans to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care staff.
