Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover exceeding £2bn. This role involves ensuring a high standard of cleaning on site, using and caring for cleaning equipment, and maintaining positive relations with clients on contract sites.

You will be expected to deal promptly with queries or complaints, and to perform other duties as allocated by management while working as part of a supportive team in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience and ability to perform manual cleaning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good reading and spoken English.
• Reliable and able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of cleaning as directed by management.
• Use and care of cleaning equipment.
• Encourage good relations with clients on contract site.
• Promptly deal with queries or complaints.
• To perform any other reasonable duties allocated by management.
