We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Corporate Services.
Manage the delivery of cleaning services (GMP and non-GMP) at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance with business operations, health, and safety requirements.
Oversee, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with Pfizer stakeholders, leading by example to promote positive engagement.
Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met or exceeded, delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning in partnership with the General Services Manager (GSM).
Promote and uphold Sodexo’s commitment to zero harm, safety, and quality assurance across all site operations.
Requirements / Licences: Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)
Qualifications: GMP/Clean Room training desirable but not essential
Experience: Proven leadership experience in cleaning operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and administrative acumen
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Proven ability to deliver excellence under pressure
