Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a civil/structural technician.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Knowledge of Irish construction details, materials and building regulations.
• Experience with multi-storey or large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed civil and structural drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and extract 2D documentation for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects.
• Follow BIM execution plans and maintain modeling standards.
• Coordinate models with architectural and MEP layouts to resolve clashes.
• Assist in the management of project data, family creation, and drawing sheets.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to deliver milestones.
