Job summary

Creane McCormack Limited in Ireland is seeking a Civil/Structural Designer BIM to assist the full lifecycle of semiconductor facility delivery, based in Dublin/Kildare. The role focuses on robust BIM coordination, structural engineering, and field support within cleanroom and high-tech manufacturing settings.

You will develop and maintain BIM models in Revit/Navisworks, review submittals, and support site installation and commissioning readiness to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience delivering civil/structural works on large industrial or advanced manufacturing projects.
Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate civil and structural engineering activities for semiconductor project areas.
Develop, review and maintain BIM models with clash resolution.
Support site installation of structural steel, concrete works, foundations and civil infrastructure.
Conduct field inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with specs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-tech manufacturing and cleanroom requirements.
