Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects across Clare and Limerick. The role requires leading site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and delivering projects from inception through completion.

Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have proven project management experience in civil works, and be willing to travel across Clare and Limerick.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience managing civil engineering projects and teams
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering works and construction methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, programme schedules and budgets.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and industry standards are followed.
• Manage project documentation, reports, drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues with effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and local authorities.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented throughout each project.
