Job summary

Recruit Engineers in Charleville, Co. Cork, is seeking an experienced Pipelayer for a civil engineering project. You will install drainage and water mains, reading drawings to ensure accurate trenching and pipe laying on site.

The role requires reading levels and working to specifications, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a busy construction environment. Past experience with water, drainage or utilities is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pipelayer on civil projects.
• Ability to read drawings and levels.
• Safe Pass required or beneficial.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and lay pipes for drainage and water infrastructure
• Work from drawings, levels and specifications
• Assist with excavation and trench preparation
• Ensure pipes are correctly aligned, graded and installed
• Work alongside groundworkers and plant operators
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
• Complete work to the required quality and project standards
