Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our Kildare office. You will lead drainage design, sustainable urban drainage, and flood risk assessments across a range of commercial and residential projects.

The role requires a Level 8/9 degree in Civil Engineering, strong SUDS knowledge, and proficiency with MicroDrainage and Autodesk Civil. Hybrid working is available, with a client‑facing, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer within an engineering consultancy.
• Level 8 or Level 9 Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Sustainable Drainage Systems and Flood Risk Assessments.
• Experience in Flood Risk Assessments and Flood Alleviation Schemes.
• Proficiency in MicroDrainage and Autodesk Civil.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in the design of drainage systems and flood risk assessments across multiple project types.
• Contribute to the development of Sustainable Drainage Solutions for commercial and residential developments.
