Job summary

Ft Workforce in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a civil engineering project in the Charleville area of County Cork.

The successful candidate will have solid experience operating 360 excavators on civils, groundworks or infrastructure projects and will work safely as part of a site team.

You will carry out digging, trenching and groundworks, read site drawings, perform daily checks, and coordinate with groundworkers and site management on site requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a 360 excavator.
• Experience on civil engineering, groundworks or utilities projects.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently
• Carry out excavation, trenching and groundworks
• Work around drainage, pipework and other underground services
• Read and work from site drawings and levels
• Carry out daily machine checks and report any issues
• Work closely with groundworkers, pipelayers and site management
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
• Complete work to the required quality and project standards
