Job summary

HealthHero is seeking CISM-trained counsellors to join its Critical Incident Response affiliate network in Ireland. Candidates must be registered counsellors with recognized associations and be able to provide onsite and remote support to corporate clients.

Minimum Level 4 counselling diploma with 450+ supervised hours is required. IT proficiency with Microsoft systems and electronic clinical records is essential for case management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face counselling experience with registered status (IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, PSI or equivalent).
• CISM training completed and/or current certification.
• Provide onsite and/or remote support for corporate clients and EAPs.
• Recognised Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 minimum) with supervised hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contracted counselling services onsite or remotely for corporate clients.
• Manage own caseload and maintain documentation in electronic records.
• Collaborate with HealthHero network and partner organisations to ensure high-quality service.
• Support during critical incidents and provide debriefs as required.
