Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Seasonal Customer Assistant to be at the heart of the festive rush. In-store you’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure quick, friendly service while stock is replenished and deliveries support the floor.

This temporary role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. You’ll need to be flexible across store areas, ready for holidays and peak shopping times, and keen to help customers have brilliant experiences that keep them

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, St Stephen's Day and New Year's Day.

About The Opportunity

As a Seasonal Customer Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find the perfect gift, discover great offers and get what they need for the celebrations ahead.

You'll be the friendly face customers turn to for advice and support, creating feel-good moments that make a real difference and keep them coming back all year round.

This is an important role where you'll help deliver a great experience for our customers. It's also a fast-paced and active role where priorities can change quickly throughout the day.

You won't just be helping customers on the shop floor. You'll also support deliveries, replenish stock, and help keep the store looking its best.

Working in store is a real team effort, so you'll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. You'll feel good knowing you're playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together during our busiest season.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Boots products and services.
