COO (with a heavy finance bias) – Roscommon – Up to c. €120,00 plus excellent upside

This Family office is moving things to the next level. They are looking for a trusted senior operational leader, to join the team in this brand-new role. Understanding the numbers, improving investment performance, identifying synergies, streamlining processes, liaising with advisors & family members and much more.

This is definitely a hands-on role, getting to know and develop all aspects of the business, grow the team, grow opportunities and execute the strategy. Reporting to the Founder.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations across a number of businesses, bringing teams together to deliver best practice across all investments & companies
• Develop commercial awareness via effective & relevant KPI’s and accurate & timely reporting
• Ensure all team members are aware of the strategy, the part they will play and how growth will be achieved.
• Build workflows and SLA’s to deliver a great service, avoid risk and remove any technical obstacles, ensuring variances etc are identified earl
• Lead the rollout of Business Central across the Group
• Own the presentation of monthly investment packs – monitoring investment performance and delivering commentary & solutions to board

Requirements

• Qualified accountant
• Family office or family business experience would be an advantage
• Corporate finance background would be ideal
• Prior ERP role out essential, preferably Business Central (but not essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI
• Previous success in a leadership position, growing & building a team and implementing a successful growth culture
• Living locally is essential.

Remuneration

• Up to c €120,000 plus good bonus. This role is on site.
