The CEO will lead, inspire, and transform the organisation, driving membership growth beyond its current 2,000 members and elevating its social media presence and national profile.
This confident and articulate leader will represent the IPOA at key networking events and across major media platforms, including radio, acting as a compelling public ambassador for the sector.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing executive teams, alongside strong financial acumen to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and overall organisational performance. Experience of working in the Property sector while not essential is highly desirable.
