Sodexo in Limerick is seeking a Night Chef to join our busy on-site kitchen. This full-time role covers 39 hours per week from 6:30pm to 2:45am, offering competitive pay of €17 per hour as well as free meals for staff.

You will cook high-volume menus, maintain top food safety standards, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture while exploring new techniques. A career development path is available through Sodexo employee benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
