Position: Chef de Partie

Location: Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland

Salary: €15.00 – €17.00 per hour (DOE) + Tips

Trial Period: 1-week paid trial (fixed at €15/hour)

Start Date: 01/12/2025 - full-time long term position

Accommodation: Free during trial period; €50/week thereafter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard under the guidance of the Head/Sous Chef.
• Maintain food consistency and quality across all sections.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Support smooth kitchen operations and mise en place.
• Manage your section efficiently and help train junior team members.
• Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menus.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ professional kitchen experience.

At least 2 years’ experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.

Solid knowledge of grill, hot, and cold sections.

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Full English language proficiency.

Two recent references from similar roles.

Availability for a 1‑week paid trial (€15/hour, free accommodation).
