Job Description

Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) – Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Indian dishes to a consistently high standard. The role involves managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining quality and portion control, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an efficient, well‑organised kitchen operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavours, together with a professional, collaborative approach to kitchen service.
