RATHBAUN HOTEL, Main Street, Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare, V95 Y768 is currently recruiting two Chef de Partie with minimum 2 years experience. €34,000 per annum. 39 hours per week. Paid overtime and bonus options available. Accommodation available. Interested and eligible candidates should email their CV to info@rathbaunhotel.com. A good level of English is required. The start date is flexible, from 26th April 2026. We are looking for a genuine Chef de Partie willing to do their best and follow the recipes and methods of the Rathbaun Hotel. Full training of our recipes/menu will be provided.
