Key Responsibilities
  • Bringing creativity and passion to every dish, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of our menu, ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques.
  • Keeping workstations clean, organised, and free from cross-contamination.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation, training, and maintaining high kitchen standards.
  • Contributing to sustainability efforts by minimising waste and using resources responsibly.
  • Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, including stock control, deliveries, and hygiene compliance.
Candidate Requirements
  • A passionate chef with at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and high operational standards.
  • A team player with great communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
