Mamear Public House Limited T/A The Earl Inn Bar & Restaurant at Kiltullagh, Athenry, Co. Galway is looking for 2 chef de partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment. Duties include assisting head chef in preparing and cooking, preparing food, and developing new products. Ensure food production is always of a high standard. Also monitor food and waste control and be responsible for food hygiene.
Salary is €34,000 per annum, working hours is 39 hours per week.
