Job summary

Reform Health Hub in Killarney seeks a Chartered Physiotherapist with 2+ years’ MSK experience for a contract role. You will deliver assessments, tailor rehab programs, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team; interest in Women’s Health or Paediatrics is encouraged.

CORU registration and ISCP membership with indemnity are essential, plus CPD engagement. Onboarding includes training on our integrated clinical tech suite.

We are now expanding our multidisciplinary reach and invite a passionate, forward-thinking Chartered Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a Chartered Physiotherapist with 2+ years of clinical experience, predominantly in MSK and active rehabilitation. As part of our vision for growth, we are also actively exploring expansion into Women's Health and Paediatrics; clinicians with interest or expertise in these areas are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical assessments, accurate diagnoses, and tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Build outstanding rapport and deliver an empathetic, supportive care experience for every patient.
• Utilize digital technology and objective tools to support clinical reasoning and modern exercise programming.
• Actively participate in structured team case reviews, knowledge sharing, and regular clinical learning.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification clinical experience in MSK/Rehabilitation.
• Professional Registration: Active registration with CORU and full membership with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) (including professional indemnity insurance).
• Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication and dynamic interpersonal skills- building authentic trust and rapport with patients is of paramount importance.
• Growth Mindset: Strong evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
• Tech-Forward (Desirable): Experience using digital clinical platforms or objective tech tools (training provided on our full tech suite upon onboarding).
• Specialist Interests: Background or interest in expanding clinical avenues such as Women's Health or Paediatrics is a strong advantage.
