Job summary

PARTAS CLG in Tallaght, Ireland, invites you to join our Community Employment (CE) team as a Centre Attendant (Cleaner). This developmental opportunity requires no prior experience and includes accredited training to support your career.

You will work a 19.5 hour week, keep the building tidy, disinfect high-touch areas, and help maintain health and safety logs. Onsite guidance and training are provided to increase your employability and skills within a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building clean and tidy (sluice room, bathrooms, corridors, common areas and staircases).
• Disinfect and stock toilets and high-touch areas, empty bins.
• Perform light maintenance tasks like litter picking and window cleaning.
• Maintain daily logs and report defects to floor management to ensure health and safety standards.

Job description

Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
