A local addiction recovery service in Dublin is seeking a committed CE Supervisor to manage resources and support participants in their recovery journey through arts-based activities. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience and the ability to develop training programs. RADE Recovery Through Art Drama and Education RADE is an addiction service based in Dublin 8 established in 2004. Our mission is to engage people who wish to address substance and alcohol dependency through the arts. Our vision is that creativity is open to everyone. This job is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience wishing to work in the field of addiction or recovery. Reporting to the Project Director, the selected candidate will be part of a small, caring team who strive to provide an opportunity for participants to progress in their recovery through our wide range of arts and performance based activities and through external education. The participants are at the heart of the RADE service and the CE Supervisor will have daily contact with participants and staff, helping to build a strong community that strives to provide a platform for progression from addiction.

Job Description
Purpose: To ensure the effective and efficient management and co-ordination of the human, financial and material resources of the CE scheme and report to the Sponsoring Committee on its implementation. A core aspect of the role is to provide a framework for the rehabilitation and recovery of CE participants and to coach and support them towards gaining skills, competencies and qualifications in preparation for employment.
