Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and people-management experience.
• Experience in Administration, Project Management, or Training.
• Understanding of CE Supervisor role in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate human, financial, and material resources of the CE Scheme.
• Support and coach CE participants towards employment.
• Report to the Sponsoring Committee on program implementation.
