Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, with scope to progress your catering career within a company that values its people.

You will lead and develop a winning team, manage health and safety, control budgets and deliver results,

Qualifications

• Experience of leading, managing and developing winning teams.
• Minimum 2 years catering management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HSE in food environment.
• Track record of managing a P&L and delivering results.
• Experience in a similar environment (not essential).
• Management qualification (not essential).

• Organise and lead the preparation and presentation of all food and hospitality services to high standards and contract specs.
• Recruit, lead, develop, motivate and manage the team to deliver superior food and service.
• Develop solid and trusted client relationships.
• Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions.

• Manage all aspects of health & safety and food safety.
• Manage food wastage and support Net Zero commitments.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime.

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
