• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a hotel or pastry-led environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in patisserie.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries and desserts.
• Maintain organisation and mise-en-place for your section in the pastry kitchen.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert concepts.
• Ensure dishes meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce waste where possible.
