Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd in Ireland is hiring care assistants for flexible, local roles in Navan and surrounding areas. Earn up to €21.50/hour with paid mileage and flexible hours, and join a supportive team that values your contribution and offers training.

You will help clients with daily tasks, support mobility, provide companionship, monitor wellbeing, and help create a safe home environment. A driving licence and QQI Level 5 are required; experience is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent.
• Experience in care is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks (washing, dressing, meals).
• Support mobility and independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Help create a safe, comfortable home environment.
