Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Responsibilities
  • Daily opening and closing of the three offices and ensuring their security.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and organizing seating as directed.
  • Collecting, franking, and ensuring post from the various offices is forwarded for collection by An Post; some hand deliveries will also be part of your routine.
  • Performing minor general maintenance, including painting and decorating, on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing daily rubbish removal to the Tait skips.
  • Engaging in your own training and development, with the expectation of working towards a Major award QQI over a three‑year period.
