Job summary

The package includes a €30,000 annual salary, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am–5:00pm, with benefits and progression opportunities within a strong employee-owned organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles.
• Sales, recruitment or hospitality background is useful.
• Ability to work in a target orientated environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess client’s needs and provide careers advice and guidance to create a personal progression plan.
• Work with clients using strategies to support development and build confidence.
• Provide training workshops—from CV writing to online job searching.
• Explore learning and work opportunities and act as intermediary with local employers.
• Meet with clients regularly to review progress.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
