Job summary

Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a motivated Care Team Lead to support, mentor and guide our Home Support Workers across Co. Kerry.

This community-based role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. The position offers a competitive salary, progression opportunities and ongoing professional development.

You will lead visits, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and coordinate care planning with teams to enhance outcomes for local clients.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in a healthcare-related discipline (essential).
• Experience in healthcare, homecare or social care.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
• QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management qualification is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
