Job summary

Evergreen Care is inviting applications for the Domestic Assistant role at one of its nursing home operations. The successful candidate will perform daily cleaning, manage cleaning equipment and supplies, and assist with goods delivery and storage in a care environment.

Training will be provided, and the position is full-time and permanent. The home emphasises high standards of cleanliness and infection control and offers a friendly, supportive team and opportunities within a growing private

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of HACCP is preferable however not essential.
• Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
• High standards of cleanliness and infection control are a priority for the home, so a keen awareness of their importance is essential.
• Position is subject to Garda vetting and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of general areas and residents' rooms.
• Proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions.
