The Clinical Nurse Specialist in Integrated Cardiology role with HSE Dublin and North East Recruitment invites applications from experienced nurses. Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to patients with established or suspected cardiovascular disease across community and hospital settings.
• Work as an integral member of the consultant-led multidisciplinary Integrated Cardiology Team, supporting early assessment, diagnosis, treatment, long-term management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
• Develop and manage an agreed specialist nursing caseload, deliver nurse-led clinics, support consultant-led clinics and contribute to service development, education, clinical audit and research.
