National Express Ireland is hiring a Full Time car driver to support our Premier Parking experience at Dublin Airport. You will work 40 hours a week on a rotating schedule, including early mornings and weekends, driving customer vehicles safely and guiding them through their airport journey.

This role emphasizes a customer-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to move between vehicles and reception areas. Training is provided, with a competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

Full Irish/EU Category B driving licence held for at least 12 months
Experience driving right-hand drive vehicles confidently
Recent professional driving experience essential (12 months ideal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset and professional attitude
Physical stamina to move between vehicles and reception during shifts
Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
Previous customer-facing role desirable but not essential; full training provided

Responsibilities

Safely drive customer vehicles to and from designated parking bays
Ensure cars are parked and returned correctly and securely
Follow vehicle key check-in/check-out processes using our secure locker system
Report any damage, incidents, or suspicious activity to the Reception team and relevant authorities as required
Work collaboratively with a friendly, professional team to deliver a seamless parking experience

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Full Time car driver, playing a vital role in our new Premier Parking experience at Dublin Airport.

Working 40 hours a week your shifts will fall within operational hours of 3:00am – 9:30pm, on a rotating schedule:

3:00am – 11:30am
4:00am – 12:30pm
11:00am – 7:30pm
1:00pm – 9:30pm

(Shift times may be subject to change based on operational needs.)

Supporting our customers at the start and end of their journeys you will ensure a smooth, seamless experience for our customers, moving their vehicles safely, and your work will help elevate their overall airport experience.
