Job summary

Specsavers in Knocknacarra, Galway, is seeking a Call Centre/Optical Assistant (Traumatic Trainee) to join our team. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and development are provided, with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians on your journey.

You will welcome customers, book eye tests, pre-screen patients, offer style advice, measure frames, and handle calls while delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; suitable for trainees
• Must be passionate and willing to learn and develop
• Excellent communication and customer service skills desired
