Insomnia Coffee in Dublin is seeking enthusiastic Supervisors to join our team. Established in Galway in 1997, Insomnia brings bold, smooth coffee and memorable service to customers across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexible availability across a seven-day operational business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
