Technology is changing the world faster than ever before – and at the heart of every great change is a great human. If you have ideas, ingenuity and a passion for making a difference, come and be a part of our team.
Every day around the world, we work with exceptional people, the latest and greatest tech and leading companies across industries. You'll learn, grow and advance in a diverse culture of shared success, where we’ll empower you to bring your skills, your curiosity and your best true self to your work.
Join us and do extraordinary things. Through our Business & Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll work at the intersection of business, technology and innovation, helping clients solve complex challenges and create lasting value. You’ll explore how organisations can reinvent the way they operate, grow, and serve their customers by combining strategic thinking, data-driven insight, AI-powered transformation and practical technology solutions.
This streamlined programme brings together opportunities across business and technology consulting into one pathway. Through a single application, we’ll consider your skills, interests and potential, then guide you into the work that best fits you, whether that leans towards business and management consulting, hands-on technology delivery, or a blend of both. You don’t need to have it all figured out on day one; you need to be curious about where you could go.
From day one, you'll work as part of collaborative project teams, building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues while developing your consulting, analytical and technology skills. The work is varied, fast-paced and practical, and no two projects are the same. You'll build breadth by working across different technologies, industries and client challenges rather than being boxed into a single specialism.
In your first year, you might find yourself:
There are many directions your career can take from here, across areas such as technology strategy and transformation, AI-powered customer experience, talent & change management, operating model & business process design, data and analytics, testing, project and programme management, and cloud. Some of our graduates build broad consulting careers; others develop deep specialist and technical expertise. The programme is designed to give you the exposure to work out which path is yours, and the support to pursue it.
The world of consulting is changing. As AI takes on more of the routine, execution-based work, the analyst role is shifting from doing the work to directing it, using AI and new technologies to generate outputs, then applying judgement, critical thinking and accountability to validate, refine and deliver work our clients can trust. Technical foundations still matter, but what really sets our best people apart is how they think and how they work.
That’s why, more than any specific degree or set of skills, we’re looking for the behaviours that will help you thrive in an AI-enabled world.
