Description

Please note: This Graduate Programme is specifically for candidates available to commence in Autumn 2027.

BDO’s Business Restructuring Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who wish to build a career in corporate turnaround and restructuring, helping distressed businesses stabilise, preserve value and implement recovery solutions.

As you progress you will developer strong client relationship skills, gain practical experience delivering on business restructuring engagements and develop commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, resilience, and teamwork skills. This programme offers an excellent foundation for graduates looking to develop a long-term career in turnaround and restructuring or later move into industry.

Our dedicated Business Restructuring team works across a diverse range of industries, including Asset Management, Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, Construction and Real Estate, Aviation, Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Charities, Non-Profit Organisations, and Banking and Insurance.
