I'm looking for a Business Development Representative for a global construction equipment company based in Dublin. In this role, you will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their service needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate documentation and management of customer and contact data in CRM systems.
  • Generate new sales opportunities beyond the existing customer base by actively prospecting and managing leads through RFQs and tender portals.
  • Own the full sales pipeline, including leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts, to achieve sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Manage pricing activities using approved tendering tools, optimizing prices and discounts within agreed authority levels.
  • Execute individual sales plans and provide timely, accurate reporting to support performance tracking and business objectives.
